I am running for re-election to the City Council based upon my record of accomplishment during these challenging times. We have become a leader on sustainable planning and fiscal responsibility, and are working hard to create a safer and stronger community.
Prior to service on the City Council and this year as Mayor, I served as District Director for then-State Senator Jackie Speier. I currently operate a business in this community, KM2 Communications, a multimedia production company. I also represent the cities of San Mateo County on the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, a regional transportation planning agency.
I attended Buri-Buri Elementary School, St. Veronica School, Serra High School, and graduated from the University of San Francisco. I received my master’s degree in public administration (M.P.A.) from San Francisco State University, and completed the executive leadership program at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
I will continue to protect vital city services that provide for our safety and enhance our quality of life. Most importantly, I will always listen to you and your concerns.
